What is the MOQ for customized products? How is the pricing?

For OEM/ODM custom products, MOQ varies based on the complexity of customization, such as logo printing, private mold, or function modification. Typically, MOQ starts from 1,000–3,000 units for logo customization, and 5,000 units+ for private mold development. Pricing is competitive and negotiable—we provide tiered pricing based on order quantity, and the sample fee can be deducted from your bulk order. Please contact us with your specific requirements, and we will offer a tailored quote.

What is your typical lead time?

What payment terms do you accept?

We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) for bulk orders, as it is the most widely used and efficient method for international B2B transactions. Payment terms are flexible and can be negotiated based on order value and cooperation conditions.

For sample fees, small trial orders, or domestic RMB settlements, we also support Alipay and WeChat Pay (Corporate Edition) to facilitate faster and more convenient payments. Please note that these third-party payment methods are generally used for smaller amounts or local transactions. For all formal bulk orders, we recommend using T/T to ensure clear fund tracking and compliance.

What is the lead time for samples? And for bulk orders?

For samples, we can ship within 3–7 days after sample fee confirmation. For bulk orders, with our production capacity of up to 10,000 units per day and over 70 large-scale production machines, lead time is typically 15–30 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt, depending on order quantity and customization complexity. For urgent orders, we can also accommodate expedited production upon request.

How do you arrange shipping? What trade terms do you support?

We support common international trade terms including FOB, CIF, and EXW. Shipping can be arranged by sea, air, or international courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT) based on your requirements, budget, and urgency. For small orders and samples, we typically recommend international courier for fast delivery (usually 4–6 days). For bulk orders, sea freight is the most cost-effective option (usually 20–40 days). We can also assist with customs clearance and provide all necessary export documentation.

How do you package your products? Can you provide custom packaging?

We offer standard export packaging as well as custom packaging solutions. Standard packaging includes individual blister packaging or white box with protective foam, plus 5-layer export cartons for outer shipping to ensure product safety during transit. For custom packaging, we support custom color box design, branded labels, custom inserts, multi-language manuals, and QR codes for enhanced unboxing experience. We can either follow your design files or provide professional suggestions based on your brand style and target market. All packaging is designed to withstand long-distance sea freight and handling.
